Return Policy:

We want you to have a great shopping experience at Funky Blaster. Please review our return policy below:

• 30-Day Warranty: All products come with a 30-day replacement warranty. If your purchase doesn't match the listing or is defective, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, and we'll promptly resolve the issue.
• Toy Gun Return: Please note that toy guns cannot be returned due to their nature as special products.
• Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll arrange for the correct item to be delivered or refund your payment.
• Defective or Faulty Products: For defective or faulty products, email us at info@funkyblaster.com with photos or videos of the issue. Once confirmed, we'll provide a replacement or refund.
• Exclusions: Our return policy doesn't cover misuse, wrong shipping address, delivery rejection, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the product.
• Refunds for Undelivered Packages: If your package hasn't arrived after 60 days, contact us for a refund.
• Return Process: To request a return, email info@funkyblaster.com with your reason, and if approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return address. Use a trackable mail service, as you're responsible for return shipping costs.
• The following return reasons are invalid and will be rejected.
  1. Buyer changes mind and no longer wants the item after purchase.
  2. Buyer found a cheaper price elsewhere after purchasing.
• Refund Process: Once we receive your return, we'll examine the product. If it meets the criteria, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, please allow minimum 5 business days for the transaction to be reversed.
• Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error. Returns after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
• Your refund granted can only be the original value of the goods purchased. We cannot reimburse your losses that are beyond the order value under any circumstances.
• Gift cards and promo items are not refundable. Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund.
• Exchanges: We only replace defective or damaged items. Contact us at info@funkyblaster.com for assistance.
• Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once processed and/or shipped. A 20% restocking fee applies if canceled before processing/shipping.
